I'm Lachlan. I started PlayerFounded because I kept watching athletes get exploited by the people who were supposed to help them. I built the team, the process and the track record you see on this page. I lead every engagement personally. My team executes it. You get both.
PlayerFounded is bigger than me. Designers, developers and fulfilment partners across multiple markets. What you get is not one person's bandwidth. It is a full operation that launches athlete-owned brands and hands every single one over in full to the athlete who owns it.
We only build things we would be happy to own ourselves.
Answers before the call.
Who owns the platform when it's finished?
You do. Code, content, data, domain and every account, transferred into your name at handover. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing stays with us.
What does it cost?
One flat fee for the build, quoted after your intro call once the scope is agreed. It's fixed before any work starts, and there is no revenue share on top of it, ever.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Stripe pays out to your own bank account. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee, and nothing to us.
What if I'm not technical?
You don't need to be. We build it, load your content, then walk you through running it. Day-to-day changes are made from your dashboard, not in code.
How long does it take?
Four to six weeks from scope sign-off, assuming content and account access arrive on time.
What happens after handover?
Every build includes a support window for walkthroughs and defect fixes. After that you can run it yourself, hire anyone, or keep us on an optional care plan.
Can I move my existing clients across?
Yes. Existing clients, programs and content can be migrated during the build.
Can I coach athletes under 18 on it?
Yes, and we build the guardian consent and visibility controls for it. Tell us during scope so it's designed in from the start.
