Build & Service Agreement Summary

A single coaching platform built for your business, configured around the formats you actually coach in, and handed over to you in full.

• Booking and scheduling built into the platform
• Payments through your own Stripe account
• Digital product delivery: courses, ebooks, memberships, programs
• Film upload and review, where included in your scope
• An admin dashboard for clients, purchases and progress

• Discovery call: we confirm your coaching formats, goals and scope in writing
• Scope sign-off: an agreed feature list and price, fixed before any build work begins
• Build: configuration, branding and content loading, with review points along the way
• Review: you test the platform and submit consolidated change requests
• Handover: accounts, code, domain and payment connections transfer to you

Typical builds complete in four to six weeks from scope sign-off. Timelines assume responses to review requests within five business days and that content, branding and account access are supplied on time.

Delays caused by outstanding content, approvals or third-party account verification extend the timeline.

• Timely, consolidated feedback at each review point

Revisions inside the agreed scope are included through the review period. New features requested after scope sign-off are quoted separately and only start once you approve them in writing.

At handover you receive ownership of the platform, its code, its content and its data, plus administrator access to every account used to run it. Nothing stays in our name.

Once handover completes, ongoing hosting, processing and third-party service costs are yours directly.

Either side may end an engagement in writing. You keep everything completed and paid for up to that point. Fees for completed milestones remain payable.
