Acceptable Use Policy
A short list of things that keep every platform we build safe, lawful, and trusted by the athletes and clients using it.

1. Scope
This policy applies while we are building your platform and to any support relationship afterwards. It also applies to visitors of this website.
2. Not permitted
- Unlawful activity, or content that infringes another person's intellectual property or publicity rights.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that sexualises minors in any form.
- Selling regulated goods, supplements, or medical claims you are not licensed to make.
- Uploading malware, attempting to bypass access controls, or probing systems without written permission.
- Misrepresenting a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation you do not have.
3. Client uploads
Film and documents uploaded by your clients belong to them. Use them for coaching and feedback only. Publishing a client's footage requires their explicit permission.
4. Fair use of support
Support is for the platform we built. Requests that amount to new scope are quoted as additional work rather than absorbed into support.
5. Enforcement
Serious or repeated breaches let us suspend work or end an engagement in writing. Where the law requires it, we report unlawful conduct to the relevant authority.
6. Reporting a concern
We do not have a public abuse inbox yet. Until one is listed here, raise concerns on your call and we will record and act on them in writing.
