Content, Copyright & Minors

Coaching platforms run on video and personal material. These are the rules we build to, and the ones we recommend you keep after handover.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Your content stays yours

Courses, ebooks, programs, drills and any material you supply remain your intellectual property. We use it only to build, test and launch your platform.

Client-uploaded film

When a client uploads film for review, they keep ownership and grant you a limited licence to view, annotate and store it for coaching purposes. Reusing client film in marketing requires their separate, explicit permission.

Third-party material

Do not supply broadcast footage, league media, music or images you do not have the rights to use. We will ask for proof of licence before publishing anything that looks licensed.

Copyright complaints

We act on credible copyright complaints about material we host during a build by removing or restricting access to it and telling you. A complaint should identify the work, the exact location of the material, and the complainant's authority to act.

After handover, complaints go to you as the platform owner and to your hosting provider.

Coaching athletes under 18

If your platform serves minors, plan for it before launch. We build the controls you ask for, but the safeguarding obligations sit with you as the coach.

  • Guardian consent at signup, with a guardian named on the account
  • Guardian visibility of messages, bookings and uploaded film
  • No unmonitored one-to-one messaging with minors
  • Clear rules about who may view and download film of a minor
  • Local background-check and safeguarding requirements met by you

Prohibited content

  • Anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit
  • Medical, nutrition or performance claims presented as guarantees
  • Material that exposes a client's private data to other clients
  • Banned substances or prohibited performance advice

Removal

During a build we may remove content that breaches this policy or puts the launch at legal risk. We tell you what was removed and why, and we work with you on a compliant replacement.
