Payments & Refunds

Flat-fee pricing, milestone billing, and no ongoing cut. Here's how money moves before and after handover.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Build fees

Every build is quoted as a flat fee in writing before work starts. The quote lists what is included, so there are no line items you did not approve.

2. Milestones

  • A deposit confirms your build slot and starts discovery.
  • A mid-build milestone falls due when the core platform is testable.
  • The balance falls due at handover, when ownership transfers to you.

3. Refunds

Before any work begins, the deposit is refundable in full. Once discovery starts, refunds cover the portion of the fee not yet worked against, assessed honestly and confirmed in writing.

If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered part. Where the law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights apply.

4. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, email, and processing fees are billed by those providers to your accounts and are not refundable by us.

5. Your platform's own payouts

Stripe settles your client payments directly into your bank account. We never sit between you and your revenue, and we take no percentage of it.

6. Your refunds to your clients

You set and publish the refund policy for your own coaching services. Your platform supports issuing refunds through Stripe; the decision is always yours.

7. Taxes

Quotes state whether tax is included. You are responsible for the tax obligations of your own coaching business, including collecting and remitting any sales tax or GST that applies.
