Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to scope and deliver your build.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you provide when booking a call: name, sport or discipline, and what you want to build.
- Project information exchanged during the build: brand assets, copy, pricing structures, and feature requirements.
- Technical data from this website: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 through this website.
2. How we use it
- To assess fit, scope the build, and prepare a proposal.
- To design, build, test, and hand over your platform.
- To improve this website and understand which sections are useful.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not rent or trade your client lists or platform data.
- We do not use your athletes' or clients' data for our own marketing.
4. Your platform's own data
Once your platform is handed over, you are the controller of the data your clients submit to it, signups, questionnaires, uploads, and payment records. You are responsible for the privacy notice published on your own platform. We only access that data if you ask us to, for support or maintenance.
5. Service providers
We use third parties to operate our business, including hosting, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing. Payments on your platform are processed by Stripe and settle directly to your bank account; we do not store card numbers at any point.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project files and financial records are retained for as long as required by law. Anything no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Raise a request on your call and we will action it in writing.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
