Terms of Service

These terms cover use of this website and the general shape of a build engagement. Your signed agreement sets the specifics.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Using this website

This site is informational. Booking a call is an enquiry, not a contract. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until both parties sign a build agreement.

2. What we deliver

  • A coaching platform built to the scope agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Configuration of booking, payments, content delivery, and client management as scoped.
  • Handover of the platform, its codebase, and its accounts to you on completion.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide brand assets, copy, and decisions in a timely manner so the build can stay on schedule.
  • Hold the rights to anything you supply, including logos, footage, and written material.
  • Operate your platform lawfully once handed over, including tax, consumer, and privacy obligations.

4. Fees

Builds are quoted as a flat fee. We take no equity and no share of your revenue. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, and payment processing are billed by those providers directly to you.

5. Timelines

Typical builds run four to six weeks from kickoff. Timelines assume prompt feedback and asset delivery, and shift where scope changes or inputs are delayed.

6. Scope changes

Additions outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins. Nothing is added to your invoice without written approval.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed to that point remains payable, and anything already paid for and delivered remains yours.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction named in your build agreement, and disputes are heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
